March 2022: Comment Submission to the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force concerning the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act

Through the Investor Alliance's participation as a Steering Committee member in the Coalition to End Uyghur Forced Labor, we have contributed to and supported efforts leading to the passage of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) in the United States. 

As of March 10, 2022, the Investor Alliance and some investor members each submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on behalf of the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force for the development of the Enforcement Strategy under the UFLPA.
